Joint collaboration between Postnova Analytics and Malvern Panalytical leads to breakthrough in characterization of bio-particles in complex biological media

Postnova Analytics and Malvern Panalytical have joined forces to combine the benefits of Electrical Asymmetrical Flow Field-Flow Fractionation with Multi-Angle Light Scattering and Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (EAF4-MALS-NTA) for the characterization of liposomes and exosomes in complex biological media.

 

This unique setup enables the simultaneous determination of size, shape, particle number and surface Zeta potential rendering it a powerful analytical platform for the analysis of these promising drug delivery systems under in vivo like conditions.
