Postnova has designed and manufactured a new Thermal Field-Flow Fractionation system, the TF2000 Series, for high resolution characterization of polymers and particles. The new TF2000 system has improved specifications compared to earlier Thermal FFFs available on the market. Equipment components including hardware, electronics, fluidics and software have been completely re-engineered. The TF2000 system offers a broader separation range and a higher resolution than any other Thermal FFF existing before. Value added components comprise new temperature control technology and comprehensive safety features including a leak sensor, vapor alarm, overpressure and over-heating shut-down for hardware and software.

The new TF2000 series is a robust machine optimized and dedicated to high end polymer separation. The system is automated and can be used for 24/7 QC applications as well as for the investigation of the most complex polymer and particle samples by molar mass, radius or chemical composition.
